BioI'm just a regular girl (okay, woman at 27) with a lot of hope. I support activism, the grassroots and homegrown mentality, social justice and the general goodness of humanity. My idols include Barack Obama, Mahatma Gandhi, Emma Goldman, Ralph Nadar and even Jesus Christ. I'm pro-choice, pro-stem cell research (you can read about my mother's experience with breast cancer here: http://generalbasch.livejournal.com/4114.html) and pro-humanity.
I'm also a proud geek. My main interests are Harry Potter (proud Gryffinpuff) and Final Fantasy, (esp XII, esp. Basch), which is where this journal gets its name. He was a general in the Japanese version, not a captain.
